Additional Scholarship Opportunity: On behalf of Joseph and Paulette Gillian, Kettering Baptist Church announces the William Bernarde Gillian Scholarship. To be eligible, you must be a KBC member and a graduating high school senior attending college in the fall. To apply, submit a 250 word essay on “How, in your opinion, has the January 6, 2021 attack on the United States Capitol affected the orderly transition of the US Government?” On the top page of your essay, please write your name, address, telephone number and email address. The essay must be submitted no later than 12 midnight on Thursday, June 15th and sent to the Gillian’s email address at wbgscholarship@gmail.com. Late applications will not be considered. The successful applicant will be chosen by Mr. and Mrs. Gillian. The scholarship in the amount of $500 will be awarded at the KBC Graduation Recognition Program on Sunday, June 25th
